Northeast Solar is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our installation crew where you'll work with renewable energy technologies. This position offers a chance to build expertise in the growing clean energy sector while enjoying stable work with a company that values your skills.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor apprentices on solar PV installations; panel attachment, and electrical interconnection; coordinate electrical inspections; ensure job sites are properly supplied with necessary materials and tools; maintain crew and job site safety standards; complete professional installation documentation; contribute to our team's reputation for excellence

$45-$50.00 PER HOUR ($93,600-$104,000 annually) – BOE
MONTHLY PRODUCTION BONUSES

Requirements:

Current Massachusetts licensed Journeyman Electrician; clean driving record and ability to pass background check; physical capability to lift 70 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights; OSHA 10-hour certification; comfort working in various weather conditions and environments

Preferred Qualifications:

NABCEP solar installation certificate or equivalent; construction experience; proficiency with power tools and safety equipment; strong customer service skills; reliable transportation
